Built in mallorquin style, this finca offers 5 bedrooms, and is situated in wonderful hilly landscape only 3 km away from Artá and only 4 km away from the quiet beach of Canyamel. This holiday mansion is approximately 250 years old, and has been renovated and equipped with modern standard. The finca is ideal for families with children and groups for up to 8 + 2 persons. This very beautiful house offers a swimming pool and a fire place. The house also disposes of central heating, and can easily be rented throughout wintertime.

holiday home in between Arta and Son Servera in the northeast of Mallorca. In just some minutes you reach 4 golf courses, various natural beaches and some marinas. The nearest beach is only at 4 km distance to this house. In only some minutes you reach Arta, a nice medieval village. It offers very good restaurants, cafes and bars, and is worth while being visited.

Cala Ratjada - a seaport with 2500 inhabitants, in the northeast of this wonderful balearic island, is one of the most favoured destinations Mallorcas.
This lively village is enframed in the north by the Cala Agulla, and in the south by Font de Sa Cala.
