With this holiday home you rent a wonderful finca with a 20.000 m² big garden. This finca offers a modern summer kitchen, and a swimming pool, where you can spent wonderful evenings while enjoying a delicious barbecue. This house has been recently re-constructed, maintaining the original typical mallorquin style. The walls in the living room add a mediteranean atmosphere to this cottagw,with modern and highclassed elements. This finca disposes of 4 bedrooms ( 3 of them double bed rooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a supplementary bed, 2 of these bedrooms have got a direct access to the terrace, the other 2 dispose of an access to the garden.)

The bedrooms are all furnished very tastefully and cosy. The finca offers 4 bathrooms, and another one close to the swimming pool, one of the bathrooms disposes of a bath tub and a Jacuzzi. The living room is characterized by its comfortable sofa and the open fire-place. You will also find a TV, a CD and DVD set, as well as an air condition for the hot days on Mallorca. The modern kitchen is as high classed as the rest of the house, and you can prepare every kind of delicious plates to pamper your familiy and friends. In the living room you will also find cental heating, so this extremely beautiful house can also be rented in wintertime. The garden offers a wonderful lawn area, for all kind of leisure time activities.
