This holiday home is only few kilometres away from the sea and disposes of a beautiful garden area with a generous pool. The terraces are part wise roofed-over, and the views are spread into the mountains and the near situated sea. The living area of this house is 110 m² divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a combined living-dining area with a fire-place, very cosy and partly modern decorated. The well tended exterior, the children-proofed swimming pool area, the part wise roofed over terraces and the garden, exhale pure mallorquin cosiness. In the basement you find 1 double bedroom with a bathroom en suite, a twin bed bedroom, as well as a kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub and a combined living-dining room area. On the upper floor you find an additional room, which is equally apt as a bedroom for 2 persons. Equipped with a cot and a sleeping sofa.

From the balcony of the first floor you have got wonderful views onto the sea and a panoramic view onto the surroundings of this wonderful holiday home. This cottage is only 5 km away from the sea, in the north of Majorca, near Alcudia. This house is simply ideal for small families. The garden offers fruits of the season as there are oranges and lemons. The swimming pool has got the measurements of 11 x 5 metres, as the pool is fenced in, the house is apt for families with small children.

This house has got the ideal situation for hikers. Start in forest like surroundings and take a glimpse at the clear blue sea. The finca is situated in quiet surroundings and all kind of leisure time activities are possible, like for instance go jogging or hiking, passing grazing sheep and goats. The sea is reached in less than 7 minutes, here we would recommend the beaches of Alcudia, or the long sandy beach of Muro and Can Picafort. The whole finca is fenced in. There are no direct neighbours. A wonderful holiday home for families who want to spent a relaxing and quiet holiday on Majorca. Please also visit the famous village of Valldemossa as well as the unspeakable romantic village of Deía. You will be bewitched by the beauty of this still typical mallorquin villages.
