With this house you rent an exclusive and newly built holiday home in quiet and rural surroundings with private swimming pool, near the little village of Vilafranca de Bonany, in the eastern part of Mallorca. This holiday finca offers a living area of 400 m², divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, the other 2 with single beds, which can also be put together. One of the bedrooms has got a bathroom en suite. 3 of the bedrooms have access to the beautiful terrace on the first floor. The ideal occupation is for 8 guests. An additional sleeping sofa, in the entrance hall of the upper floor, is apt for 2 children, so that the house offers space for 10 persons.

There are no other additional beds in the bedrooms. 3 of the 4 bathrooms dispose of showers, and the 4th bathroom offers a small bath tub, with hydro massage function. The bathrooms, as well as the whole interior of the house has been completed by nostalgic highlights. Thus creating a cosy atmosphere. The living room disposes of a fire place, TV (flatscreen), DVD/CD player, and meets highest standards. Tastefully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms ( partwise with bath tub) lets the heart of every romantic person beat faster. The high standard and the well tended atmosphere, converts this house into the ideal holiday home. The private swimming pool is especially apt for allergic guests and children, as the water is clorine free. Here you bath in slightly saline and healthy water. The pool has got the measurement of 20 m². Around the pool area you will of course find parasols, terrace furniture and sunbeds at your disposal. This finca is situated hillside, near the village of Petra and Vilafranca de Bonany, in absolutely quiet surroundings and wonderful views of meadows and fields. The finca is reached by a 150 meter long, rural lane, where sheep and goats are grazing. This reflects pure mallorquin rural life. Vilafranca offers a baker, small shops and typical bars. Vilafranca is famous in whole spain for its honey sweet melons, and its fertile soil. Every Wednesday the market is held on the Placa Major. Petra is one of the oldest villages of Mallorca, and is in 3 km distance to this finca. To the beaches you need approximately 19 km. The airport is at 45 km distance.
