this holiday home is situated only 100 metres away from the sandy beach and 2 km away from the little village of Colonia de Sant Pere. Colonia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina offer wonderful beaches, only little tourism and a still untouched landscape. Colonia de Sant Pere offers some nice cafes and restaurants with a direct sea view. This little village is still little known among the tourists, and so even in summer time it is quiet and the long sandy beach never overcrowded. This beach is the meeting point for surfers, kiters and all kind of acquatic diversion.

In the northeast you will find various golf courses (like for instance Capdepera, Pula Golf, and Canyamel Golf, only to mention a view) Also other leisure time activities are at your disposal, as there is: horse back riding, fishing, hiking, biking, sailing, diving, and so on.
