this finca is situated in the northeast of Mallorca, only about 2 km away from Ca'n Picafort. The next beach is also only 2km away from this finca. Ca'n Picafort disposes of supermarkets, restaurants, and a variety of aquatic sport activities. The Finca "Can Pic" is a perfect mix between modern and rustic elements. The house has been built , leaving the stonewalls visible, with big bright rooms, terraces and a winter garden. There are 2 pools, one with a depth of 57 cm, the other one with a regular depth and a hydraulic chair for wheelchair users. There is also a BBQ at your disposal as well as a beautiful garden with palms. The finca is embedded in a garden of 14.700 m² and disposes of a living space of 350 m² on 3 floors.

As the finca has been built on a little hill it disposes of 2 ground floors. One at the front side of the house, the other at the backside. While constructing the house, a lot of attention has been paid to meet the needs of handicapped and disabled guests. A bathtub at ground level and special grips in the WC area and an easy entrance at the pool area, converts this house also into a perfect holiday home for handicapped guests.

This spacious finca offers every thinkable comfort with a sun terrace and enough sunbeds and parasols, as well as 2 big swimming pools ( one pool with a depth of 57 cm, and with that especially apt for wheelchair users, another swimming pool with regular depth and equipped with a pool lifter for wheelchair users.
