if you are looking for a very special holiday home, than this house is more than just that. This, more than 500 year old perfectly restored house, offers a very special ambience. This house has been furnished very lovingly and be turned into a real oasis. This finca is situated in totally quiet surroundings in between the little villages of Petra and Ariany. You can spend relaxing holidays in perfect harmony with nature. The garden with an amount of mediterranean flowers and plants, a sun shaded terrace, as well as a cosy patio with a small swimming pool, is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation.

The house itself has been furnished with artful taste. Maintaining the original mallorquin materials combined with cosy furnitures make yourself feel at home from the very first moment. On the basement you will find a cosy living room with a television set and a small desk. From this area you reach another generous open room. In this area you will find a wonderful kitchen, a big dining table, and another cosy living room with a big fire place. From the kitchen and the living room you have got access to the inviting patio with swimming pool.

On the second floor you will find 4 individually designed bedrooms. All the furniture is hand made and the bedrooms offer partwise a bathroom en suite, as 2 additional guest lavatories.

On the third floor , the master bedroom is welcoming you. This room is very generous with a bathroom en suite, a little balcony with wonderful views onto the amazing landscape.

Some pieces of art are displayed and can be bought, furthermore a breakfast as well as a catering service are offered. A weekly cleaning is included in the price.

To the next beaches you drive more or less 20 km. There are a lot of offers for your leisure time activities. You can enjoy horse riding, golfing, diving, and a lot more.
