The cosy "Finca Avles" is a cottage, which can inhabit up to 4 persons. Especially for families with small children this house is perfectly apt, and offers enough space to relax. An attractive living-dining area builds the centre of this very cosy house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area, as well as a very cosy living room oasis with television, radio equipment,and a sofa to relax.

The bathroom in the basement offers a bath tub. You will find 2 bedrooms at your disposal, one with a big king size double bed, the other with two single beds. The kingsize bedroom, held in a modern-spanish style, is situated on the first floor, the other bedroom is to be found on the ground floor. the village of Selva belongs to the fertile central plain of Mallorca. Coming from Inca into direction to the Tramuntana Mountains, after 7 km you will find the little village of Selva, with a dreamlike hilly landscape. Selva is only few minutes away from the Finca Avles, and offers restaurants, shops, but also a riding school and a variety of other leisure time activities.

Every district disposes of its own citizen centre, which organizes a variety of different cultural events. A special feature of Selva is the many-sided cultural centre with touristic services, harbouring a big library as well as a exposition hall and an assembly hall, where the popular folcloric group Aires de Muntanya hold once a week a performance with typical mallorquin dances.
