This finca has been completely renovated in the year 2006, and is especially apt for small families, who are looking for economic holidays. The finca offers great views onto the surroundings of inca. The garden is very well tended, and from the terrace you have got a special view onto the landscape. The finca disposes of a living space of 65 m² and offers 2 double bed rooms. One of those situated on the upper floor. The kitchen is completely equipped. You will find a dish washer, a washing machine, and a fridge. The swimming pool has got the measurements of 5 x 8 metres. On the finca you will also find a separate guesthouse which can also be used.

Every thursday the tourists and native people are coming to Inca, either to buy or sell artisan products, or just to hold a little chat . Especially popular are the products of the local leather factories. Also the wine taverns of Inca, are very recommendable. The so called Cellers, offer a considerable wine list, and additionally also offer the typical mallorquin dishes. The centre of this village is the parish church with its big bell tower. The church dates back to the 13th century, and has been built onto the foundation walls of an arabic mosque. Besides you will also find the monastery of Santa Domingo which has been found in the 17th century.
