The house itself disposes of 120 m² living space, with 1 combined living and dining room with a terrific chimney, 2 bedrooms with the possibility to add 2 supplementary beds, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen.
The rustic chimney room of this finca with arched ceilings, dates back to the 18 century, and on hot days its quite cool inside. The rooms are of different sizes and equipment, but each very generously cut and extremely comfortably furnished. In this finca you will find a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD – Radio, and a pay TV channel, with all channels. Also you will find bed linen, towels, child seat, a cot, bikes, and supplementary beds for 2 additional adults, without being charged extra. During harvest season you can pick fresh oranges from the trees, you can squeeze them or just eat them, which is equally refreshing. On the 400 m² big terrace, you will find a BBQ and a chimney.
