enjoy in this 200 year old, still intact winery, special finca holidays. This cosy mallorquin finca, is situated in between Colonia Sant Pere and Betlem and only 100 meters away from the sea. You will find the spectacular sea view simply relaxing, as well as the view on to the marvellous hilly landscape of Colonia Sant Pere. Relax on the beautiful roofed over terrace, enjoy a morningly swim in the azure pool, or just take a nap in one of the wonderful bedrooms,while a mild summer breeze is caressing your skin. The house disposes of 3 tasteful bedrooms, which still reflect the construction form. Furthermore you will find 2 large enough bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen, with a dining table, which offers space for 6 persons. Also the living rooms displays the old majorquin stone walls, and embrace you with cosiness. From this house you can easily walk to Colonia Sant Pere, and get your shopping done in the local supermarket. This finca is really something special. Enjoy the little bays and the fantastic landscape all aroung this fantastic house.

Colonia Sant Pere is a little idyllic village, with a small church in the centre of the town, and a wonderful sea promenade, where one will find selected restaurants, from which you have a fantastic view on to the sea. Colonia has been neglected a bit by tourism, and so this little village still appears, even in high season, cosy and a little bit sleepy. In the vicinity you will find the beach of Son Serra de Marina, and if you enjoy to take a long refreshing walk on the beach you can just do that. This beach is fortunately not so crowded, and still remains to be a little secret among tourists.

Beaches in the vicinity:
Especially in the east, north and northeast of Majorca one will encounter the best and the most beautiful beaches
of Majorca. Those who don't want to spent their days on the beach can just stay at the finca, and enjoy the private pool and the sun.
