This dreamlike, beautiful, 250 year old finca, captivates the guest with its wonderful garden, in absolute quiet surroundings, just 2 km from Arta, in the northeast of Majorca. This finca disposes of 3 bedrooms, and 1bathroom on the upper floor, and 1 individual bedroom with a bathroom en suite. In this cosy house, 7 people find enough space to enjoy a wonderful relaxing finca holiday. The combined dining and living area and the big open kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need during your stay.

In the garden you will find the former goat barn which has been transformed into a barbeque house. Here you will also find the pool area, which disposes of a separate children's area. Especially enchanting is the idyllic garden, with its flowers in full blossom and old palms. You will find some villages and cities, you definitely will have to visit during your stay on Majorca: Majorca does not only stand for beach holiday, but also offers history-charged soil for the hiker and the hobby-archaeologist. Old medieval ruins and more than hundreds of years old fincas, which are hidden behind gold-yellow stone walls, only wait for you to discover them. Arta is situated in the east of Majorca, approximately 63 km from Palma. Here you will find a beautiful church with states back to the 17th century and the remains of an archaeological treasure from the bronze age, the village of the Talayot, Embedded in the hilly landscape of Arta, you will find the pilgrimage church of Betlem. In the vicinity of Arta you can visit the fisher and holiday village Colonia de Sant Pere. A special attraction are the festivities which are held in honor of the Saint Salvador on the 5th, 6th and 7th of August.
